Undertakings by FigureWizard regarding required personal information from you
In order to first join Figurewizard.com information such as your name and contact details are requested. We will not disclose this personal information unless we have received your express consent to do so or unless it is required of us to do so by an order of court.

We may disclose this information however to subsidiary or parent companies but only providing that non-disclosure will continue to apply as an express condition. This condition will require any such subsidiary or parent company to contractually comply with our privacy clause as set out in the undertaking above without reservation.

FigureWizard.com reserves the right to collate information of activity of its registered and subscriber members, only providing that it is not capable of identifying such members in any way. This is in order to maintain its accounts and provide statistical information to improve the services the company offers to its members Its use will be for the internal and specific requirements of FigureWizard.com and or its subsidiaries or parent companies.

How we protect your personal information
Your personal password is stored in encrypted form. This means that only you are able to access your information and reports stored on our system. It is strongly recommended that you keep your log on details secret. Do not disclose your personal password to any third party as we cannot therefore be responsible for any problems that may result from you doing so.

How we protect sensitive information
All sensitive information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your transaction and completing the order. Figurewizard.com is not party to any of your financial information relating to your debit / credit card transactions. These are processed by an encrypted and secure site controlled by our payments service provider (Velocitypay). We have no access to these details at any time.

FigureWizard.com reserves the right to contact its registered users and subscribers by email at any time.  This will generally be for the purposes of answering questions from its users and notifying such users of new features which have been added to the system.

FigureWizard.com reserves the right to notify both registered users and subscribers of commercial offers of genuine interest by one time email. These offers will be closely vetted by the company beforehand in order to establish their probity and potential benefits to our members.  No third party will be allowed to make direct contact with you in breach of our privacy undertaking at the top of this page.
